After a very dry March, it was decided that it was time to start the weekly watering of the trees that were planted in the Autumn.
Below are a selection of photos of the watering process. It includes a photo of Cath Bryant watering one of the new disease resistant elms. She interrupted walking her dog to volunteer to help, and called her husband Duncan, who cycled over to join in.
